Michael Buchanan

Mike is CEO of Buchanan Investments, Inc. From 1988 to 1998, Mike was Managing
Director of Lombard Investments, Inc., a private equity investment firm. His
career has included positions at IBM and Executive VP of ITEL's Lease Finance
Division and Executive VP and Director of TXL Corporation. Mike is also a special
limited partner of a $500 million Asian private equity fund.

of Global Derivatives for Citicorp Investment Bank, Principal and Client Executive for Delaware Investment Advisers, Inc.,
and Senior Managing Director at M.D. Sass Investors Services Inc. James earned his MBA from University of Pennsylvaniaís
Wharton School of Business.
Ronald M. Perkes

Prior to founding Lumenati, Ron was a founder, Vice President of Research and Development,
and member of the Executive Committee at Tangent Computer, a $120 million PC company. Ron was also a founder
of Hooked.net, a pioneering ISP that was subsequently acquired. At Tangent, Ron guided the growth of the company
and won over 20 industry awards from major technology magazines for his PC designs, including eight PC Magazine
Editor's Choice and three PC World Best Buy awards. Ron currently serves on Tangent's Board of Directors.
Roger Lang

Roger Lang is an established
Silicon Valley entrepreneur and investor, sitting on several
boards of directors. In 1986, Roger co-founded C*ATS Software
Inc. and worked as Vice President Global Services. In
June 1989, Roger launched Infinity Financial Technology,
Inc., which grew to become and continues to be the world's
leading supplier of derivatives trading and risk management
software. As CEO he led Infinity through its IPO in 1996
and its merger into SunGard Data Systems, Inc. (SDS: NYSE)
in 1998. Roger remained as Chairman of Infinity, a SunGard
Company until July 1999. He was elected to Phi Beta Kappa
and graduated with distinction with a BA and MA from Stanford
University.
Andy Laursen
Director
Andy Laursen serves on Embark Solutions' Board of Directors with a strong track record
designing, building, and commercializing technology. As the first VP of product development
at Phone.com, now part of Openwave Systems (OPWV: Nasdaq), Andy led the development team
responsible for the company's groundbreaking wireless Internet products. He played a large
part in transforming the company from its start-up roots as Unwired Planet to its current
position as a multi-billion dollar international company. Prior to Phone.com, Andy held
positions at AT&T Bell Laboratories and spent ten years at Oracle in senior level positions,
where he was involved with the design and development of Oracle VI and managed the
development of the Oracle video server. Andy has an undergraduate degree from Michigan
State and a graduate degree from University of Illinois in Computer Science.
