Cliff Jenks
Chief Executive Officer
Prior to joining Lumenati, Cliff was the CEO at Wavexpress where he established key partnerships in broadcast, broadband and technology sectors. From 1996 to 1999, Cliff was President and COO at Avid Technology, Inc. with operating responsibility for the world's largest digital media software company with annual revenue of $480 million. From 1992 to 1996, Cliff served as Executive Vice President and COO at Zenith Data Systems, a $1.6 billion PC and server company, with direct responsibility for all sales, marketing, support, product development and manufacturing, and over 1,100 employees. From 1974 to 1992, Cliff served as VP of Sales & Marketing Support at Apple, VP of Field Operations at Epson and has held numerous management positions at IBM. Jenks received a B.S. in Business Administration from American University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Peter Ohtaki
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining Lumenati, Peter was a VP and Principal in Corporate Finance at CE Unterberg Towbin where he managed IPOs and M&A for technology companies such as Electronics for Imaging, Proxim, and Sigma Designs. From 1987 to 1991, Peter was an Associate in the Corporate Finance and M&A Departments of Morgan Stanley where his clients included Cisco Systems, Aspect Telecommunications, Auspex Systems, and Synoptics (now Bay Networks). Peter received a BA in Economics, magna cum laude, from Harvard University and an MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business.

Richard Walker
Vice President, Products and Technology
Richard Walker was responsible for the Infinity 7.0 Company Launch. This launch was the critical component in the successful acquisition of Infinity Financial Technology by SunGard Data Systems, which closed at a valuation of $440m. Richard joined the company as part of the acquisition of Embark Solutions, where he served as VP, Products and Technology. Prior to joining Embark Solutions Richard held the positions of VP Global Sales Support and VP Product Development at Infinity. Richard joined Embark Solutions from Calypso Technology where he held the position of VP Marketing. He holds a BSc in Aerospace Systems Engineering as well as a PhD in Information Theory, both from the department of Aeronautics and Astronautics at the University of Southampton, England.

Andy Farlie
Vice President, Engineering
Andy Farlie developed the Engineering, Configuration Management and Engineering Support organizations within Infinity Financial Technology and oversaw the integration of development teams during the acquisition of Infinity Financial Technology by SunGard Data Systems. Prior to joining Lumenati Andy held the position of Director of Software at NetSchools Corp., producing software to allow one-on-one eLearning in schools. He holds a BSc from Queen Mary College, University of London in Computer Science.

Steve Harnsberger
Vice President, Business Deveopment
Steve joined Lumenati in October 2000 after a successful career as a Marketing and International Sales Manager executing strategic relationships in the semiconductor and electronics industry. He has worked as Business Development Manager in the PC OEM Business and moved into the broadband/digital media marketplace due to his strong interest in broadband technology and digital media delivered to the living room. In his first year at Lumenati, he negotiated the company's first software licenses while founding strong relationships with major industry players extending across broadband digital media markets from Microsoft to Zoomtown, Intertainer, Dell and Pacific Digital. He is also responsible for heading sales of the NetTV branded, HDTV/PC-ready digital monitors for the education, corporate and government markets. Steve spent 10 years at Kinetico Inc. (Ohio), as International Sales and Marketing Manager where he was a worldwide industry leader providing environmental solutions for the semiconductor wafer fab industry. He is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and resides in his hometown of San Anselmo, California. He enjoys tennis, basketball, digital photography, and travel and is the proud father of one daughter.
