Each package of OptisX contains 8 capsules. You only need one capsule to start having better sex. Two capsules will only increase the effect. We do not recommend you take more than 3 capsules in a 24-hour period. Please follow the guidelines on the package when taking OptisX.

In an uncontrolled open label study OptisX was most effective when taken with 8 oz. of water 1 hour before sexual activity. OptisX starts to work within 60 minutes of swallowing just one capsule. In addition, if you are planning on drinking alcohol the same day, try taking OptisX in the morning 1 hour before food or 2 hours after and OptisX at least 1 hour prior to ingestion of alcohol to maximize effectiveness.

You can take OptisX up to 3 times a day, as many days as you want.

Use it the day you need it, preferably 1 hour before engaging in activity. Take one capsule on an empty stomach with 8 oz. of water at least 30 minutes before meals, or 90 minutes after eating, up to a maximum of 3 times per day.
