OptisX Affects Greater Endurance

Sexual function requires sufficient endurance and stamina to the proper regions of the body. For example, after eating blood flow is directed towards the stomach, away from other parts of the body. The same redirection of blood flow and energy needs to occur for enhanced sexual function. Bioenergy is the term referring to the amount of energy available to a biological system - in this case related to sexual activity.

OptisX incorporates several clinically tested ingredients to successfully address male sexual energy and libido. These components include the oligopeptides (see detail in here), but also Rhodiola Rosea.

There are dozens of published clinical studies validating the efficacy of Rhodiola Rosea as an adaptogen with a variety of health-promoting effects. Studies in Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, and the former Soviet Union found that Rhodiola Rosea increases physical endurance, blood oxygenation, resistance to high altitude sickness and is very effective in treating impotence.

Various studies demonstrate that it is an effective treatment for cold and flu during severe Asian winters and it is even shown to be effective in treating tuberculosis and other common pathogens. Since 1969, Rhodiola has been included in official Russian Medicine. The pharmacological and pharmacopoeia committees of the Soviety Ministry of Health recommended medicinal use and industrial production of this ingredient as a strategic medicine. Eastern block athletes used this extract for decades to enhance their performance in international sports competitions. In an open study, 26 out 35 men with erectile dysfunction and/or premature ejaculation (of 1 to 20 years duration) responded to Rhodiola Rosea (150-200 mg/day for 3 months) with substantially improved sexual function, normalization of prostaic fluid, and an increase in 17-ketosteriods in urine. Research has demonstrated that Rhodiola rosea stimulates the biosynthesis of the hormones epinephrine, norephinephrine and adrenocorticotropic hormone.

In addition to Rhodiola, OptisX includes zinc. The male sex organ utilizes more zinc than any other part of the body. Therefore zinc deficiency can often cause men to suffer from sexual performance problems. According to Denham Harman, professor emeritus at the Nebraska School of Medicine, "A large part of the population consumes diets deficient in zinc." Very simply the reason for today's zinc deficiency is soil depletion. The plants we eat extract zinc from the soil, yet commercial fertilizers do not replace this essential mineral. As a result, decades of farming have removed nearly all the available zinc from the soil. Therefore the food generally consumed is often devoid of this important nutrient.

Dr. Earl Mindell, a famous pharmacologist, has identified another reason for today's zinc deficiency. "If there is any zinc available in food, it is lost in food processing systems." Regardless of the reason, zinc deficiency can have disastrous effect on male sexual performance and health. Two examples: zinc deficiency in children causes delayed sexual development, Dr. S. Z. Ghavami at the Pediatric department of Nassau County Medical Center. Dr. U. Mehta reported in the Indian Journal of Experimental Biology that clinical tests showed that sperm producing organs of animals atrophied and shrank dramatically when the animals were fed diets devoid of zinc.

In popular culture, zinc has long been rumored to be a male aphrodisiac. For centuries bridegrooms have been encouraged to eat oysters on their wedding night. When this practice began there was no scientific basis to it. However modern laboratory analysis of oysters has demonstrated that they contain extremely high levels of zinc.

There is overwhelming proof that when zinc is added to a deficient diet, a variety of male sexual benefits occur. Dr. S. K. Mahajan reported that the testosterone levels of men rose dramatically with zinc supplementation.

In a clinical study in the medical journal Andrologia, Dr. H. G. Kynaston demonstrated that 57% of infertile men who were administered zinc supplements for 4-8 weeks increased sperm production by 45%.

The testosterone levels of men administered zinc supplements rose dramatically during clinical studies conducted by Dr. A. T. Crockett at the University of Rochester School of Medicine.

At the University of Virginia Medical School, Dr. Allen Judd discovered that zinc supplementation stops the pituitary gland from producing prolactin. This is critically important because prolactin is more than just the substance responsible for prostate enlargement. It also lowers testosterone by converting into the more reactive dihydrotesterone (DHT), harmful to the prostate.

If a mineral such as zinc does not have a high rate of bioavailability it cannot be absorbed and assimilated in the body. Elima Biotronics includes the most bioavailable source of zinc that is compatible with the other constituents in OptisX.
