Malcolm CasSelle, CEO and Co-Founder, was a key executive within Pacific
Century CyberWorks based in Hong Kong, architecting and
implementing broadband interactive television from 1998 to 2001.
Participating from startup phase, he contributed to the company's growth to
a value of US$38 billion at its peak in less than two years. Mr. CasSelle
also co-founded NetNoir, Inc. and served as COO and CTO
from 1994 to 1998 after completing degrees in Computer Science at Stanford
University and MIT.

Dr. Kuss is co-founder and Director of R&D for Elima Biotronics, is author of the books:
A Guidebook To Clinical Nutrition for the Health Professional and Therapeutic Nutrition Reference.
He is a former Professor of Nutrition, at the John F. Kennedy University in Orinda, CA, currently
serves as the Director of Research and Development at Infinity Health in Denver, Colorado, and is
co-founder of the Institute of Bio Energetic Research in Walnut Creek, CA. Furthermore, Dr. Kuss is
a consultant to over 1,500 medical clinics across the country, the Chief Nutritional Consultant to
Recovery Systems in Mill Valley, CA, and a Formulation Consultant to a variety of corporations including
Systemic Formulas, Life Factors International, and SportsTech International. A protégé
of world-famous Biochemist, Stuart Wheelwright, Dr. Kuss has formulated dozens of nutritional products
including Combat Acute, Pro Male Plus, Miracle Relief Gel, and Accell Nutritional Beverage. He is also
a professional educator and speaker and provides educational classes, workshops and seminars on a wide variety
of health topics.

Dan Newsom, a co-founder, has worked as a management consultant in the
Finance and Strategy practice of Arthur D. Little (ADL), after graduating
from the University of Michigan with a degree in Business Administration.
While at ADL he monitored cost savings, working with senior financial
personnel, on manufacturing projects that saved Temple Inland, a leading
paperboard and packaging company, over $50 million per year. Furthermore,
Mr. Newsom has participated in early-stage ventures as a financial analyst
for a startup software company (employee #105) and an online dental-products
distributor (employee #10).

Dr. Philip Fellman, MBA Yale, PhD Cornell, has taught various subjects such
as Corporate Strategy and International Business at Harvard and Stanford.
Furthermore, he sat on the Board of Ivy Biotech and has a great deal of
experience consulting to the CIA, Fortune 500 companies and foreign
governments.

Dr. Halpern was born a French citizen, in Warsaw, Poland, and attended the Sorbonne, then the
Faculty of Medicine at the University of Paris. In 1964, he received his M.D. degree, and was
awarded a Silver Medal for his thesis on the Histamine-releasing properties of Colistin. He
subsequently qualified in Nuclear Medicine, and was board certified in General Medicine, Internal
Medicine, and Allergy & Clinical Immunology. In 1992, he received his Ph.D./D.Sc. degree, with
highest honors and jury honors, from the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Paris XI (Paris
Sud-Chatenay Malabry), for his thesis on Skin hyperreactivity and Histamine. Georges M. Halpern
practiced Internal Medicine, Allergy/Immunology in Paris [1964-1987], served as outside consultant
for WHO [infectious and parasitic diseases, public health issues], and conducted research in
allergy, immunology, psychopharmacology, nutrition, and public health. After a Visiting
Professorship and Research Scholarship at Stanford University (1981-83) Dr. Halpern was Professor
of Medicine at the University of California, Davis, Department of Internal Medicine, Division of
Rheumatology, Allergy & Clinical Immunology (1983-97), and Professor of Nutrition, College of
Agriculture & Environmental Sciences (1994-97). He is currently Emeritus and author of numerous
books.

Dr. Rosenberg has been one of the leading Urologists in the western United States for the last four
decades. He has extensive experience in the areas of Clinical Research and the practice of
Urological Medicine in a clinical setting. He is the former Chief of Urology at Mt. Zion Hospital in
San Francisco. His practical experience with thousands of patients provides a wealth of knowledge
and insight for Elima Biotronics Corporation. In a spirit of open-minded scientific investigation,
Dr. Rosenberg has researched the efficacy of many of the herbal sexual performance products
currently on the market and determined that not one of the products can truly claim single unit
dose efficacy.

Dr. Tips earned a Ph.D. in Nutrition Science from the Dr. Roger Williams School of Nutrition
Science, Clayton, Missouri (dissertation: Conquer Candida and Restore Your Immune System). He
authored the books, "The Next Step to Greater Energy," "The Pro-Vita Plan," "The Weight is Over,"
"Your Liver, Your Lifeline," and "Conquer Candida and Restore Your Immune System." He is a
board-certified Naturopathic Physician with the American Naturopathic Medical Certification &
Accreditation Board (Cert: # 02516). In 1984, he began a clinical practice based on a three-tiered
approach to health: homeopathy to stimulate vitality, systemic herbology to support specific
tissues, and clinical nutrition for metabolic balance. He is President and Founder of the Systemic
Clinic in Austin, Texas and the host of the Popular TV Show, "Health Tips." He also lectures at a

Dr. Angela Wu O.M.D., Lic. Ac., is former Head of the State Acupuncture Examining Committee. She
has been practicing Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine for over 40 years and has a thorough knowledge

success in applying her knowledge of Oriental Medicine to address infertility in both men and
women.

Scott Tong, L.Ac., Dipl.Ac., has been an acupuncturist and practitioner of Chinese medicine for over
fifteen years. He is a strong proponent of the use of herbology and homeopathies and has taken
extensive pharmacological training in symptoms assessment, indications, prescribing and
administering herbal medicines.

R. Thomas Grotz, M.D., has been an Orthopedist and Microsurgeon in private practice for over twenty
years. He is an active staff member at St. Francis Memorial Hospital and Chinese Hospital, both in
San Francisco. In his Orhtopedic practice, Dr. Grotz encounters a significant number of patients
with lower back pain who exhibit symptoms ranging from diminished libido to erectile dysfunction.
Later this year Dr. Grotz will be conducting a double blind placebo study in his clinic to test the
efficacy of OptisX in addressing diminished libido and erectile dysfunction in patients with acute
back pain.

Dr. Bouchard is the founder and director of the Aloha Sexual Health & Happiness Center located on
Maui, Hawaii. He is a board-certified Sexologist and member of the American College of Sexology and
the Society for the Scientific Study of Sexuality. As a sex educator, researcher and therapist in
San Francisco and Manhattan for the last two decades, he has helped thousands of people overcome
their sexual challenges. Returning to his childhood home in Hawaii, he founded the Aloha Sexual
Health & Happiness Center on Maui in 1994. Holding a Masters Degree in clinical counseling
psychology and a Ph.D. in human sexuality, Dr. Bouchard brings a wealth of training, experience and
heart to his healing work. In addition, Dr. Bouchard is faculty advisor and graduate school
professor of counseling psychology at the University of Phoenix, Maui Campus.
